One. Wireless bridge power supply problem

1. The power supply mode of Jinlang's wireless bridge is divided into: POE power supply and DC power supply. Our product support is powered by POE module.

Note: The POE-powered wireless bridge cannot be powered by a standard POE switch. If the bridge is already powered by DC, it can be connected to the POE switch for communication.

2. What is the longest distance of the POE theory of the wireless bridge?

Jinlang's wireless bridge power supply distance is related to the rated output voltage of the power adapter used and the power consumption of the device itself. Our bridge models are 12V/1A local power supply, and the longest distance of the network cable can reach 50-70 meters. (related to the cable material).

Two: How to modify the network segment of the wireless bridge

1. Bridge power

2. Any one of the lan ports of the computer access bridge, the computer local connection is automatically changed to 192.168.8.x (x is 2-254 any number), the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

3. Open the browser, enter 192.168.8.1 in the address bar, jump to the web management page, enter the username and password admin

4. Click on the network settings, automatically get changed to static ip, ip address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS are required to fill out, click save to take effect, as shown below

 

 

Note: The ip address in the figure is the login URL, such as 192.168.9.1, then the subsequent URL to enter this bridge is 192.168.9.1

5. Finally, change the computer local connection 192.168.9.x to the modified network segment to enter

 

Three: How to configure the wireless bridge

Jinlang's bridge is dial-free configuration, so the configuration is simple, you can directly configure it by digital dialing.

Dial-up configuration: In the case of one-to-one bridge or one-to-many bridge, one bridge is slid to the main, as the main bridge, and the other bridge or multiple bridges slide to the slave, as the slave Bridge, press the digital switch again, the number between the bridges is the same. After the dialing, the bridge will restart, and then it will be paired (the master-slave bridge will complete the pairing within 30 seconds)

(After the bridge is successfully paired, the indicator light is always on and off, and the SIG indicator light is on. The signal is the strongest. After the pairing is successful, the bridge management page will display the peer device Mac. If the data is empty, there is no pairing.)
