Kingnet product warranty policy

Repair range
All Kingnet brand series products, the products referred to as repairs are Kingnet products, random packaging and gifts (connecting cables, external connectors, materials and CDs) are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty conditions
For the Kingnet series products that meet the free warranty range stipulated by the product warranty card, the nationwide free warranty is implemented in accordance with the warranty card. The Kingnet series products that do not meet the requirements of the warranty card provide paid maintenance services.

The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty:

Damage due to transportation (please consult with the transportation department)
Failure caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly and modification
Failure due to the use of the environment does not meet the product requirements
Failure due to software or virus
Failure or damage due to force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, etc.)
Other faults specified by the warranty card that are not covered by the free warranty
 
Note:
  1. Judgment of man-made damage: drop, disassembly, corrosion, liquid splash, broken or twisted deformation of PCB or component, damaged or missing factory seal, abnormal external power supply, use of unauthorized software, use environment outside the scope of product specification The outer casing deformation and cracks are damaged by external force extrusion and collision marks and other other reasons that can be recognized.
  2. Failure or damage due to force majeure.

Service rules
  1. New service DOA (Damage-On-Arrival)

 1) The agent found problems with the device performance, packaging, and appearance of the device within three days after receiving the device.
 2) The user is responsible for the performance of the device within 15 days due to the date of the valid purchase certificate.
 3) After the DOA is repaired, the maintenance engineer undergoes technical testing, and at the same time checks whether the serial number of the delivered product is the same as the packaging, whether the accessories and the warranty card are complete, and confirm that the product meets the DOA standard before the goods can be issued. Book, hand over the designated repair location for new products.
 2, replacement service
 1) The product warranty period begins with the product sold, and Kingnet implements the replacement of good products within the first year from the date of purchase;
 2) If the product is discontinued or cannot be repaired, Kingnet can be replaced with a product of the same or similar function.
 3) If there is no valid certificate for the purchase of Kingnet products, and it can be confirmed as Kingnet products, the product will be replaced by the ex-factory date plus 13 months as the warranty period for the warranty period of one year. The product of the six-month product will be shipped with the date of manufacture plus seven months as the warranty period. Products that do not meet the warranty conditions are not covered by this service.
 4) The replacement service operation time is completed within three working days.
 3, lifetime maintenance
 For the over-warranty period and the discontinued products to provide lifetime maintenance service, Kingnet is responsible for the lifetime maintenance of this product and the paid maintenance service after the first year from the date of purchase until the product is discontinued.

Repair rules

1) Maintenance method: The repair method is adopted for repair, that is, the user or agent sends or mails the product to the nearest maintenance office for repair, and after the repair is completed, the repaired equipment is taken away or the maintenance department is responsible for mailing. The resulting transportation and other related expenses shall be borne by the user and the maintenance center respectively; if the user has special needs and requires maintenance personnel to perform on-site maintenance, the maintenance personnel shall provide maintenance services as soon as possible after consultation with the user, and the related traffic and transportation generated thereby The cost of accommodation and accommodation is borne by the user.
  2) Maintenance time limit: The maintenance time limit is fifteen working days, that is, after receiving the user's request for repair, the repair work of the faulty equipment should be completed within fifteen working days. In case of emergency, temporary spare equipment can be provided to customers.
  3) If the product is discontinued or cannot be repaired, Kingnet can be replaced by a product of the same or similar function.
