The terminal connected to the wireless AP does not have a network.
1. Confirm that the gateway (route) is set to be in the state of being networked. If not, please set the gateway (route) to access the Internet.
2. Enable MAC address filtering
If the AP has enabled wireless Mac address filtering, limit some terminals to disable the network and disable Mac address filtering. As shown below:
If the terminals on the individual APs are not connected to the Internet, it is possible that the route will block the AP and disable the Mac address filtering, as shown below:
3. Confirm that the gateway (route) has authenticated access to the Internet. If so, please turn off authentication.
Solution: Enter the gateway (routing) management page, open the authentication management, smart WiFi, smart WiFi settings. The status removes the hook and submits the settings. Then, open the basic settings, the user's Internet access control is turned off, and the settings can be submitted. As shown below:
